“After breaking down on Rogers Pass, I Googled ‘heavy truck repair.’ I had a choice and picked M. C. Mechanical Services Ltd. Gave him a call at 10:00 p.m. and he was very helpful and said that when we get towed in, he would look at the truck for us. For a small shop this place is sparkling clean, the people are very friendly, but what put this place over the top for me were the people going above and beyond being helpful. I travel with my cats and when we found out our parts had to come from the U.S., the price quoted was the price we paid, there were no hassles and they even gave us a ride to the hotel. I would recommend this place in an instant. Mark was more than a ‘fix it and leave shop,’ he actually cared about what was causing our issues, rather than replace what is broken and get out. After being in and out of shops since 2006 (we own a Volvo, need I say more), I would definitely go back to this place if I had any issues. Just wish more people knew how to think and diagnose than what the computer tells them is wrong! A big way to go to M. C. Mechanical Services Ltd. and thank you for looking after us!”
